What does ECI do?
The simple answer is that we help organizations recognize and reward their executives and employees. This involves tailoring human resource approaches to management’s leadership style and the characteristics of the employees as well as to the objectives and the financial condition of the organization. We work with our clients on a participative basis to determine what programs and approaches are practical and desirable.

The more complex answer requires knowledge about organizations, motivation, laws and regulations. We have expertise in a wide range of compensation and performance arrangements. We invite you to take a few minutes to tour this site to gain an understanding of the types of issues that are required in order for organizations to have an effective compensation program.
