User Support

Our focus is entirely on providing high quality survey results in an efficient manner:

ECI does not require participants to attend a survey conference.  The participation price includes one (1) special peer analysis report and participants can send one (1) person to the 2007 conference to be held in Denver, CO. free of charge.

We do provide a help desk for all participants. We encourage all new participants to carefully review the thorough questionnaire instructions and to call us to discuss their matches and the survey process.

Participants in last year's survey receive a special questionnaire form with last year's data included in a format that makes updating the information easy.

In addition, every questionnaire we receive is carefully scrutinized ("screened") for reasonableness and completeness. We call every participant to discuss the data and resolve questions that our professionals identify.
